Cinema needs new places. Not just big cities and big stages, but squares,
communities, territories and new perspectives.
It is from this initial intuition that the idea of the Giove Short Film Festival<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So at Giove it's Cinema, for the first time: not a "spot" event, destined to run out in
time, but a real festival.
A cultural event designed to grow, consolidate and become a new point of reference
reference.
A festival with a breath international<\/strong> aimed especially at the new generations, at schools
cinema, to the academies and to all those who study, write, shoot, edit and
they dream of cinema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim is to intercept the entire entertainment industry: from authors to technicians, from producers to
industry professionals, to the public seeking stories that can move and leave a lasting impression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giove thus becomes a place of culture, a point of encounter<\/strong> and of comparison<\/strong>.
The view is absolutely international but has deep roots in territory<\/strong> and, of edition
in edition, will propose a thematic itinerary<\/strong> which from the same art, cinema, connects to the others and
comes to involve various sectors of interest and development for the community<\/strong> local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A community and its identity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Giove Short Film Festival<\/strong> It aims to be much more than a short film festival. It aims to become a space for meeting, learning, discussion, and discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of our festival, it's a place where a young filmmaker can meet a professional, a student can interact with those who work in the industry, and an audience can discover a story from the other side of the world. A place where cinema happens, is discussed, experimented with, and imagined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giove<\/strong>, one of the main and important Umbrian "outposts" on the border with Lazio, with its history and identity, becomes the starting point of a journey that looks far ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A local community can thus enter into a relationship with the international community, creating a unique opportunity for dialogue and at the same time for territorial marketing, capable of generating a new tourist industry and positioning the village not only as a cultural centre of excellence but also as a centre of everything that culture - especially in Italy - can bring with it, namely the quality of life<\/strong>.
